As a psychologist and psychotherapist, we’ve spent decades helping people understand themselves and live more intentionally.
But before anything else, we’re passionate readers who’ve found solace, wisdom, and transformation in books.
We created this retreat to bring together our three loves: books, wellbeing, and connection. Through our professional backgrounds and our shared passion for story, we guide women to see their own lives differently—to find meaning between the lines.
Unlike traditional wellness retreats or book clubs, we combine both worlds:

Do you have a refund policy?
We understand life happens. Deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of booking. After that, transfers to another guest are welcome. We stand by the quality and care of this retreat, your wellbeing is our priority.

Where is the retreat held?
In a private luxury property in beautiful Byron Bay, surrounded by nature and serenity. We are finalising details now.
Do I need to bring a book?
I mean, why wouldn’t you?! Yes bring a book that’s meaningful to you or that you’re excited to start, or that you’re in the middle of. And an audiobook too probably. Bring a few just to be safe. And we’ll give you one too in case the armful you pack is not enough.
Are dietary needs catered for?
Of course. Our chef can accommodate allergies and preferences.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests retreat solo and leave with lasting friendships.
Is the retreat suitable for beginners in yoga or mindfulness?
Yes all activities are gentle and fully guided. And optional - join in whatever way feels comfortable to you.
